You're welcome to browse, share links and get in touch. Please don't:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harmful code
- try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or its systems
- scrape or copy the site in bulk

When you contact us, for example with a question, a press request or a job application, please make sure the information you share is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please don't send us confidential material or unsolicited game ideas (see Ideas and feedback below).

Everything on this site, including our games, characters, artwork, logos, text and code, belongs to Blueferal or our partners and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, change or reuse it without our written permission. Journalists and creators who want to use our logos or art in coverage can ask at sales@blueferal.com.
Our games
Our games are sold and distributed through third-party stores and platforms. Your purchase and use of a game is governed by that store's terms and by the game's own end user licence agreement, not by these terms.
Payments and billing
Nothing can be bought or paid for on this website. When you buy one of our games, payment is handled by the store or platform you buy it from, under its own terms (see Our games above).
Ideas and feedback
Please don't send us unsolicited game ideas or creative material. We make our own games, and we are free to use any feedback or ideas you send without obligation to you.
No warranties
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". Release dates, platforms and features of games in development may change.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Blueferal is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as game stores and social networks. We don't control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time, for example if these terms are broken. The sections on intellectual property, ideas and feedback and limitation of liability continue to apply afterwards.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
